Thank you for dropping by for a visit. This site is under construction so please forgive the rough spots and pot holes. We trust that you will come back from time to time as we progress so that you can get a better picture of what we’re doing and what we are all about. As soon as this site is completed you will be able to see inside our shop, meet our people and have a complete overview of everything that we produce. Simply put our burden and objective is to get the printed Word of God in the “Received Text” to the Nations and peoples of this world who are without it.
By way of a brief introduction, we are a 501(c)(3) charitable, tax exempt non-profit, by faith Christian ministry printing Bibles, New Testaments, Bible portions and tracts for free mission distribution. Mission distributions are defined as foreign field. Our production and the availability of distributions are of course, determined by the amount of funds available. We are a Fundamental Independent Baptist, local New Testament church sponsored ministry. We are presently printing in 16 different languages, adding new languages as the Lord leads and provides the funds.
This ministry was founded by the late Dr. Bob Lemmon, Sr. in 1968 out of the Hemphill Baptist Temple, of Fort Worth, Texas, where he pastored. Brother Lemmon spent the last 39 years of his life traveling as the representative of this ministry raising funds. His oldest son, Bobby, who was already an experience printer when this ministry started, now serves as the Director after his Dad’s home-going this past August.
A group of nine pastors and preachers serve as our Board of Directors, which has total control and oversight of this ministry. Our Scriptures are produced and shipped to Baptist missionaries around the world without charge. Our production and distributions are made possible by the faithful donations and contributions of Churches and Christian friends.
While this ministry represents all of our supporting churches, our home sponsoring church is the Faith Baptist Church of Shelbyville, Tennessee.
There are four primary ways that you and/or your church can assist us in this worthy ministry:
1. As a Ministry Sponsor - your regular undesignated charitable contributions and offerings allow us to meet the day-to-day operating expenses of the ministry.
2. As a Scripture Sponsor – your designated contribution pays for a quantity (case or cases) of Scriptures (including postage/shipping). These Scriptures are then sent as your gift to a missionary of your choosing. Or, if you prefer, we will select the missionary and have them send you a card acknowledging your gift.
3. As a Shipping Sponsor - your designated contribution pays the postage or freight on a specific quantity of Scriptures. A container for $8,000 to $12,000 (varies with country), a small case of 10 Bibles by surface mail for $37.00, or a larger case of 24 by air-mail for $136.00 (quantity may vary depending on language).
4. As a Prayer Sponsor - please pray for us.
